New Single "Country Recognised" Out Soon

Well what a full on few months we’ve had over the Christmas and new year period folks? My family and I have recently relocated (tentatively) to Central Queensland for a look around and wow have we’ve been busy.

We were only in town a week and received a call from Rockhampton City Council to ask us to perform at the city’s Australia Day Celebrations and boy did we have fun! Thanks to all those people who came out and celebrated with us!

Well we are currently working up to this year's big events on our calendar, The Julia Creek Dirt & Dust Festival (April 13-15) and Winton’s Way Out West Fest (April 19-22), both Iconic outback events and they are going to be huge!  So if you haven’t got tickets yet you better hurry!

In the mean time, we’ve been working away on our next single release titled “Country Recognised”. Due for national distribution on March 26, the song touches on my ADF background and is about remembering those who have served overseas and made the ultimate sacrifice as well as highlighting the plight of our current stream of veterans returning home from conflicts overseas and suffering the effects of PTSD.

We’d like to thank Livingstone Shire Council and Queensland RSL for coming on board as sponsors and helping us fund our next music video.

Shot here in my new back yard at Emu Park CQ, the war memorial walk along the beach front was a fitting location for this next music video. Again we partnered up with The Filmery and the clip should be on the streets soon folks, stay tuned.

Ok bye for now and I hope to catch some of you out there on the road over the next few months.
